Mayo Clinic estimated about $1.8 billion a year in U.S. lost work time associated with menopause symptoms. Employer menopause offerings rose in 2026 surveys even as employees felt less well supported. The budget exists. The weekly habit does not.

Meridian Work is not a year-one product. The plan is one English-language employer pilot in months 12–18: 1,000–3,000 eligible employees. Each person uses the same on-device companion. The employer dashboard shows aggregated, non-identifiable counts — not notes, not wearable series, not names.

If that pilot is not renewed in writing, we do not hire a sales team. That is the gate.
